If you have missing or failing teeth, this can negatively impact your personal level of happiness, self-esteem, social life, and even your career. The good news is that the i-Implant Dentistry team can restore your smile and life in one day with innovative all-on four to six full mouth dental implants.

This proven technique places four to six dental implants strategically in each arch using a streamlined process. Traditional Dentures vs.
Implant-Supported Full Arch Solutions

At i-Implant Dentistry, we believe in providing all our patients with choices, including removable or implant-supported dentures fabricated from materials with various price points. Although traditional dentures offer functional and aesthetic benefits, they always require food limitations and many patients find that they can slip or move around, regardless of adhesives. This can be disconcerting and even embarrassing when eating, talking, and smiling. A bigger issue is that the underlying bone deteriorates progressively without chewing pressure on the teeth roots stimulating it, which inevitably can lead to a sunken-in lower facial appearance.

Bone changes also result in an ill-fitting prosthesis, gum irritation, and the need for periodic denture relining. Full arch dental implants in Roseville, MN replace your natural tooth roots, so they fit and function like natural teeth, preserve the underlying bone, and stimulate new bone growth. All-on four to six full-mouth dental implants restore 99% of oral function and beauty. You’ll never have to worry again about slippage, messy adhesives, cleaning solutions, painful gums, limiting the foods you eat, or speech

Your Streamlined Smile Transformation

Step 1: Consultation and Planning

The first step to a renewed smile and life starts with an in-depth discussion with Dr. Bassas about your smile goals, a review of your dental and medical history, an oral exam, and diagnostic imaging. In addition to digital X-rays, we use a cone beam computed tomography scanner to obtain a more in-depth analysis. This sophisticated scanner provides highly detailed images of underlying anatomic structures including your jawbone, nerve tissue, and sinus cavities. About 150–200 images created in less than a minute are compiled into a single 3D picture that’s instrumental to planning precision dental implant surgery.

Step 2: Implant Surgery

In addition to anesthetizing your gums, Dr. Bassas is certified in IV sedation, which helps alleviate anxiety and make surgery more relaxing. If you still have any existing teeth, he may be able to extract them on the same day as the surgery. The 3D image taken during your first visit helps Dr. Bassas determine the most optimal areas in your jawbone to place both angled and straight full-mouth dental implants. This protocol allows him to place an immediate load of full arch restoration with a minimum of four implants per arch, usually without the need for bone grafting. After placement, the gum tissue is carefully put back over your implants, and incisions are closed. Before leaving, you’ll be fitted with a temporary prosthesis created on-site at our state-of-the-art dental lab. We’ll provide after-care instructions, including precautions and recommended foods and beverages, as well as schedule a follow-up visit to ensure the healing and fusion process is progressing as it should.

Step 3: Healing and Final Restoration

Normal post-procedural soreness can usually be adequately managed with over-the-counter pain relievers. It takes dental implants three to six months to fuse with your underlying jawbone in a process called osseointegration. We recommend eating a soft-food diet for the first few months after the procedure to avoid complications and enable the implants to fully integrate. Once the healing process is complete, you’ll return to our practice and we’ll take another set of impressions to send to a specialized dental lab that crafts your final prosthesis.
